RETURNS POLICY
HOW LONG IS YOUR RETURNS PERIOD?
Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from when your MotoByBriggs merchandise was ordered or was purchased.
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days.
All items are inspected on return. To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund.
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING?
If you are returning or exchanging an item that did not work out for you or you do not care for, you will be responsible for paying the return postage.
If you received an incorrect item from us, please contact us and we will arrange to pay for the return shipping and advise you of the process. Your item will only be replaced with the same item you purchased.
WHEN / WHERE WILL I GET MY REFUND
You refund will be issued within 3 business days after the item is received/inspected by us. Issued refunds can take 2-3 days to process.
Your refund will be credited to the same payment method that the original order was processed with.
If you purchased from us in person with cash, we reserve the right to issue an electronic giftcard for that returned item.
