SHIPPING COSTS (US AND INTERNATIONAL)
Shipping calculations are based off the weight of your order and delivery address. We use an app that sends your address and total order weight to the shipping carrier which feeds back into the site the actual cost for shipping.
FULLFILLMENT
We do our best to fill and drop off orders at the carriers within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
The post office is closed half day on Saturday and all-day Sunday, so if your order is received later in the week, it may not show as shipped until the following week.
You will receive an email from our system when your order ships out with a tracking number.
The scans for tracking will usually show up within 24 hours after we drop them off at the Post Office.
DELIVERY DATE ESTIMATES
Please understand that mail delivery times are out of our control once the packages are dropped off at the Post Office/Shipping Carrier. There are many factors that can affect the delivery times such as time of year/holidays, weather, your local distribution center processing time and carrier speed.
Shipping times vary and the estimated delivery date is just that, an estimate, not a guaranty.
USPS SHIPPING METHOD (US Orders Only)
If you would like to upgrade your shipping from Standard to Priority Mail or Express Mail, you are welcome to select one of those options from the shipping section.
Please understand that it may take us 2-3 days to ship the item, so account for this in the expected delivery time.
Priority Mail is not guaranteed, Express Mail is the only Guaranteed option.

USPS Priority Mail 3-5 days typical, but not guaranteed
USPS Express Mail 2-3 days, guaranteed (AFTER the 24-48 hours for fulfillment, and depends on the day of the week/hours of the post office)
- If you would like to get a quote on shipping your item with an upgraded shipping method that is not listed above, please send us an email with what you would like to order, items/sizes/qtys and your delivery address so we can get back to you with quotes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ONLY
The estimated shipping is calculated also using USPS Ground International Package Mail, which does NOT include insurance. Please understand, once the package leaves the United States, we have NO control over the delivery and have no way to track it. If an international item is not delivered once it leaves the US, you will need to contact your countries shipping carrier for further information.
Your country may also require additional customs and taxes due upon delivery. Please review your countries policies and fees prior to ordering. These fees are not included in your purchase and will be due separately to your countries tax/customs entity or your items will not be delivered. We are not responsible for reimbursing or refunding you for any order in which you abandon the purchase due to customs or taxes. Please make sure you investigate your countries policies fully PRIOR to ordering. If you abandon your order, it is NOT returned to us, and we will not pay to have it returned, as the amount to have it returned will be more costly than your order itself. These abandoned orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you would like to have your order shipped via another carrier such as FedEx or DHL, please send us an email BEFORE you order that includes what you would like to order, delivery address and carrier/method so we can get back to you with some quotes on the options.
