2. Eligibility
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of MOTO BY BRIGGS, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:01 am Pacific Time (PT) and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. Sponsor reserves right to end the giveaway window early if merchandise sells out.
4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary
There are two ways to enter:

Free Email Entry (No Purchase Required): Send an email to MotoByBriggsGiveaway@gmail.com with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" and include your full name and mailing address in the body of the email. One entry per person per email address. Limit one (1) free email entry per person for the entire Giveaway Period.
Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries.
5. Prize(s)
Prize Description: 2000 YAMAHA YZ 250
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,000
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or around July 31 - August 31, depending on merchandise sell out. The potential winner will be notified by EMAIL / DIRECT MESSAGE OR OTHER METHOD depending on the method of entry and information provided. within 30 days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 10 days of the first notification attempt, or if the winner fails to respond or claim the prize within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent tax documentation prior to receiving the prize.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. Release & Limitations of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at Privacy policy – DaytonBriggs.com. By entering, participants consent to the use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
